Motiv8 Workplace Series
This five week series is designed to encourage and empower employees to make healthy lifestyle choices. It is delivered by a team of health professionals including a public health nurse, a public health dietitian, and a public health physical activity specialist. Sessions will include food demonstrations and flexibility and strengthening exercises designed to build skills and breakdown barriers to healthy eating and active living.

TV Turnoff Challenge Workplace Toolkit
The TV Turn Off Challenge is an opportunity for adults as well as whole families to consider how they spend their leisure time.

Walk On Workplace Toolkit
The Walk On Workplace Toolkit provides workplaces with the resources to get staff physically active all year round. It is available on CD-ROM, free of charge.

Workplace Wellness Program
KFL&A Public Health's Workplace Wellness Program offers a variety of resources to assist your workplace in building a healthy working environment. Depending on the topic these resources may consist of:
  • displays,
  • health information sheets,
  • pamphlets,
  • videos,
  • posters,
  • presentations,
  • kits,
  • educational sessions, and
  • support services.
