Kingston – There are new rules for selling electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) under Ontario’s new Electronic Cigarettes Act (ECA).
As of January 1, 2016, the ECA states that it is illegal to:
- sell or supply e-cigarettes and their component parts (e.g., battery, atomizer) to anyone under 19 years of age.
Business owners are responsible for ensuring compliance with the law...
