Safe Food Handler Training Seminar

KFL&A Public Health provides safe food handling training. This certification seminar is recognized throughout Ontario as meeting the food service training standards of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. It is led by public health inspectors and is aimed at food service workers and interested residents. The certification seminar includes seven hours of instruction and includes a post-course examination. Successful candidates receive a five-year Safe Food Service Certificate.

The registration fee for this course is $50.00.

Any company or organization desiring to have a Safe Food Handling course at their place of business for 20 employees or more, may contact Ryan Decker 613-549-1232 ext. 1136 for costs, requirements and specific arrangements.
