- Cold water tastes great–keep water bottles ready to go in the refrigerator.
- Keep a bottle of water on your desk.

you than bottled water.
- Enjoy a glass of milk or soy beverage at your next meal.
- Start your day with a small glass of 100% juice.
- Try sparkling water or club soda for a bubbly low calorie beverage.
