Many KFL&A residents abandoned New Year's Resolutions by mid-February. Now,
almost six months later, is a great time to take two in
order to get back on track towards accomplishing those goals.

The spring and summer seasons offer great opportunities to build physical activity
into your daily activities and connect with your community.
The physical, mental and social benefits of physical activity really add up when
they are part of your daily routines and kept up over time. Participating in regular
physical activity is associated with:
- Improved wellbeing
- Prevention of chronic disease
- Improved social connectedness and;
- Quality of life.
The benefits of physical activity can be experienced with just a half hour of physical
activity-10 minutes, 3 times a day, 5 days a week.
